This month, we went to Buntzen Lake near Coquitlam for a grueling but rewarding hike. It was around 12 km long, with the first bit being pretty much a non-stop climb. After we completed the first part of the trail and looped back around to the Lake, a couple of guys and I saw a waterfall in the distance and decided we were going to get there no matter what. Armed with only our vision and determination, we left the beaten path and hiked up the stream until we got to it. Although this part was the most difficult, it was definitely worth the effort. Here are some of the pictures that were taken, either by myself or by Traci. Enjoy.
