Recently, we had the challenging opportunity to hike up the Sea to Summit trail. The trail begins with a climb up a steep incline, and never really lets up from there. It’s about 7.5k of pure ascent up a mountain, at times we even had to grab on to a rope and chains to continue up. Our group managed to conquer this entire hike in just over 2 hours, faster than the average time. Thankfully, the trip was only one way, and we avoided a gruelling descent by riding the gondola down. This gave us an opportunity to marvel at the view and relax ourselves a bit. Thanks to the Sea to Summit Gondola folks for graciously donating ride tickets to us.
